Sound familiar?

You're not lazy, you're overwhelmed.

Every task you're trying to remember. Every errand you can't forget. Every "I should really do that" running on a loop in the background. Every thing you're waiting on someone else for.

It's exhausting—and it's draining your energy before you even start your day.

The problem isn't that you're not productive enough. The problem is that your brain is full. You're using your mental energy to hold everything instead of actually doing anything.

And the more you try to keep track of it all in your head, the more overwhelmed you feel.

Looking for Digital Products?

Templates, guides, and systems to help you build sustainable habits and reach your goals.

Introducing The Mental Load Manager

The Mental Load Manager is a simple system that helps you get everything out of your head, organize it in one place, and close the open loops that are weighing you down.

No complicated setup. No overwhelming features. Just a clear process for capturing what's on your mind, deciding what actually needs your attention, and letting go of the rest.

You'll get all three versions so you can use whatever works best for your brain:

  • Notion template — For the digitally organized

  • Google Sheets spreadsheet — For the spreadsheet lovers

  • Printable PDF workbook — For the pen and paper people

Same system. Three formats. Use what fits your life.

✓ This is for you if:

  • You feel like you're always forgetting something

  • Your brain never shuts off—even when you're trying to relax

  • You're overwhelmed but can't pinpoint exactly why

  • You've tried to-do lists but they just get longer and longer

  • You want a simple system that doesn't require learning a new app

✗ This is not for you if:

  • You're looking for a full productivity system with project management, goals, and habit tracking (this is intentionally focused)

  • You're not willing to spend 20 minutes a week reviewing and processing

  • You want something that does the work for you

Hey, I'm Angelica!

I help high-achieving women build sustainable habits and whole-life wellness — without the burnout or extremes.

I built The Mental Load Manager because I know what it feels like to carry everything in your head, and how exhausting it is. This is the system I use to get it all out, close the loops, and finally feel like I can breathe.

I hope it helps you do the same.

Questions?

What formats are included?

You'll get all three: a Notion template, a Google Sheets spreadsheet, and a printable PDF workbook. Use whichever works best for how your brain operates.

Do I need Notion to use this?

Nope. If you prefer spreadsheets, use the Google Sheets version. If you prefer paper, print the PDF. You don't need Notion at all unless you want it.

How is this different from a regular to-do list?

A to-do list just holds tasks. This system helps you process them—capture what's on your mind, identify the next action, track what you're waiting on, and close the loop. It's designed to reduce mental load, not add to it.

How long does it take to use?

The weekly review takes 20-30 minutes. Daily use is just adding items as they come up — 30 seconds here and there.

Your brain wasn't meant to hold it all.
